MEATBALLS Joy Jacobson, Westby Area 1 LB. ground round steak 1/2 LB. ground Pork 1/2 LB. ground veal 1 onion 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. nutmeg salt and pepper Mix together and form into balls size of a walnut. Brown in skillet, add water and simmer for 3/4 hour. Thicken with white sauce for gravy. |
