PIZZELLE
Margaret Amundson, Westby
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine, melted
3 1/2 cups flour (approximately)
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually. Add melted
oleo and vanilla. Sift flour. Use 1 cup flour with
baking powder and then add rest of flour as
needed (you might not need all of it.) Use
pizzelle iron and store in airtight container.
